The new site has been approved by The Lee County Board of County Commissioners. Done deal. The site is located on Daniels Parkway near Southwest Florida International Airport. The total cost will be in the upper $80 million and will have over 9900 seats. It will be a state of the art complex and will resemble the overall style of famed Fenway Park.

It is also composed of its small sister, San Carlos Island, along the north bridge or Matanza pass and in the South end of the island it carries on a few miles towards Bonita Springs.
