Spanish Wells Golf course gated community Bonita Springs FL

Spanish Wells is one the Premier gated golf course community in Bonita Springs. Specially if you want ta lotl but do not want to pay some ridiculous membership fees.

 I included 9 homes in the listing below, all with pools with price ranging from $299K to $598K all in excellent condition. there are of course newer models available. Amenities include Golf course with a transfer fee of $2250 ( not bad at all for Bonita !) and condo fees of just $1160 or thereabout per year.There is also a great luxurious Clubhouse, Excercice room and tennis courts.

A great community, located about 10 minutes or less from the beach.
